SHIPPING
Processing Time:
- Handmade products, including tallow, are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
- Digital products or courses are delivered instantly via email or your account access after purchase.
Delivery:
- Physical products are shipped via USPS or FedEx, depending on weight and destination.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delivery Times:
- Domestic shipping (within the USA) usually takes 3–7 business days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or postal issues beyond our control.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Tallow & Handmade Products (Non-Returnable)
- Because our tallow and some handmade items cannot be resold once they leave our care, we do not accept returns.
- If your tallow arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
- Include your order number and a photo of the product.
- We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Other Products (Returnable)
- For products that are returnable, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a return.
- Items must be in original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Digital Products & Courses
- All digital products, downloads, and courses are non-refundable.
- If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
- If a physical item is damaged during shipping or missing from your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item (if applicable).
- We will issue a replacement or full refund promptly.
